Guy has worked there for 20+ years. All he does is trans and rear end work. Legit.

Is the car at a dealership getting repaired?

If so which one?

I just got an update with mine, they said they will need to tear it down and replace parts and if it still whines after that then ford will send a whole new unit. But the bad part is that they said it's gonna be like 3 weeks before they can get parts because of holidays. So my car will be at the dealer for a month. I told them to go ahead and keep it and work on it, I told them I just want it fixed. FOR FREE!!!!!

Same thing they told me. Parts only took a day for me? They may just be telling you that because they are so backed up.

Hey I just thought about this, you think it would be a good idea to put new updated clutch pressure plate bolts in while Trans is out?

re-rx7 12-12-2013 12:45 AM

I thought the same thing and have no input really.
