I was just out at Truestreet and Clint gave me a preview of the new location. It's still under construction, but very close to being finished. The new shop is going to be amazing. It's SO much bigger than their current place it's really going to help them out getting a lot more work done. :)

Clint helped me out on a Sunday, his kids birthday no less, when I was in dire need of a new SCT handheld. Good guy. I haven't had any work done by the shop but if they're anything like him, good people.

Will be there for this. Going to pulley down and hope for big #'s in the cooler air.

Thats the type of service im talking about. They go that extra distance to help everyone not just the people who spend a fuck load of money in their place like certain other shops do. They are rea car guys too. They know what its like to get stuck, break or need something in a crunch cuz its happened to them too. Lol.

Even if you are loyal to another shop, its still worth it to give these guys a look. You wont regret it!

I'm in

03MachMe 08-25-2012 11:14 PM

will for sure be there now to get a baseline number

Luke 09-24-2012 02:11 PM

Any other work being done that day, I want to get a baseline but I've also got a driveshaft, tuner and possibly an x-pipe to add and want to see those numbers as well. That's a good trip each way for me, likely wouldn't be able to make it back that way for a while.

DirtyD 09-24-2012 02:15 PM

I don't see any reason they couldn't do it in the shop. Those are all relatively simple, quick mods.

I would contact Clint to see what you can get worked out.

Luke 09-24-2012 02:17 PM

Ok thanks, I might still throw it all on myself before then but I'll give him a ring.

Highly doubtful as dyno days tend to attract close to 50+ people looking for dyno pulls within the day. Staff is usually pretty busy working grill and food, helping strap down cars for pulls, assisting guests with any questions.

I could be wrong, but this has been my experience with dyno days.

Grandpa 09-24-2012 02:19 PM

Typically, they don't do full tunes on a dyno day because they are so busy getting cars on and off the dyno. But maybe if there was a slow point of the day they could get it tuned for ya. It never hurts to ask and the guys at TS always go out of their way to help. :)

I assumed that he was just going to be using canned tunes or custom tunes he already has, not really looking to has TSM tune the car...

Yeah, I could see that working. :)
