You have to kinda expect it though. Every year tech improves, power increases etc.

On the track most likely it will. Drag strip it's hard to beat live rear axle.

Unless you remember cars of the mid '70s through '80s. :Nonono:

This is gonna be interesting. I could see them losing 15" in length(smaller trunk and 911 style back seats) but not sure where they're gonna lose 6" in width. The car is already super narrow

This is my first Mustang and my impression from my 2012 is that everything is pretty spot on. I honestly wouldn't change too much from a technical standpoint. Sure I have mods on the way but weight, length height space, seating, are all exactly what I expect. Especially compared to the the Camaro and Challenger it's direct competition.

I've heard that about basically every sporty coupe that has a backseat. Not so sure I am inclined every manufacturer puts a backseat in coupes to keep insurance rates down.

Made me wonder if they were going to lose the back seat to drop 400.

More aluminum and better spot welds is what I have heard will play a factor along with the smaller dimensions. 400 is still a tall order.

Oh no, its a supped up Fusion. I kind of had a feeling. My grandma has one of those and I heard they are making a 4 door too.

Yeah they sort of revealed a little more of it. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2015-.../#photo-847781

Looks like a mustang with a focus grille.

Phuck Phace 08-27-2013 09:47 PM

Sweet. I hope it's front wheel drive too.

Right, I hope they are just trying to throw us off cause that is not all that creative for a major redesign. Now an 11.9 1/4 would make it pretty damn beautiful

You won't see the GT come faster than the new Corvette. Lol

Those tail lights definitely reveal larger (wider) and more rectangular brake lights, so I'm really hoping they went back to the look of the true vertical, separated bars from the 60s!

STROKD 08-28-2013 08:54 PM

smaller and lighter by a LOT, I am very very interested, despite the mod motor.
