Haha. That's a funny pic

You had to get spacers for the Brembos, right?

That looks really good

Nice square setup. Wonder how the INVOs will do to some HPDE...what made you go with those instead of another brand?

Just curious.

price and availability. I wanted a street tire that wasn't going to wear out in a year, so no Rivals or NT05s, but something that will get decent traction if I decide to do a track day on them. Then I was going to go with the Toyo Proxy T1R, in 305/30 but they were on back order with no date when they would be in.

Got a 3mm but probably could have gotten away with 2mm

looking killer, man! Is yours a daily? I'm curious to see how you like the Invo's.

No its not my daily but still gets plenty of driving time. I'm sure I'll drive it everyday the weather is nice for a while to get a feel for the new tires

Sweet. That's very minimal.

How was the ride with stock shocks/struts? I'm back and forth between going for the Sportlines or the BMR springs. It'll be another 6-8 months before I can pick up aftermarket shocks/struts.

Did the lower control arms have anything to do with the ride?

Also, did you ever weigh your stock wheels? I've seen them quoted at 26 lbs and at 28 lbs.

Ride with just the sportlines was pretty rough. Not unbearable tho. And YES the LCA's were necessary. I didn't have them at first and had a lot of popping in the rear when going over Bumps. Both sportlines and BMR are really good springs.

Never did. I have the brembos in the garage still but they have tires mounted so the weight would be with tires.

Did some more work on the car yesterday. Finally fished up my projects before summer hits. Painted the calipers yellow. The paint match before was always a shade or two off and it bugged me. Also installed some ground control cc plates to give me some more adjustability for the track. All in all I am happy with the way she sits right now. Still a few small things, roush front splitter, maybe new grille, and maybe RTR LP surround, but I love the new look and rides much smoother with the taller tire as well.

You can really see the tire height difference in the rear. Dang, talk about a tight squeeze.

I want to say that Vorshlag weighed the Brembos and Pirelli P Zeros from their 2011 car and came out around 56-57# tire and wheel, and around 32# for the wheels alone.
