shoot, if i was home, i dont see a problem with that.

i'll be adding in an Eaton Limited Slip Differential as well since they will have the rear end opened for the gears.

This is kind of what I feel I might do next. I rarely have the car at 120+ and I am not going boosted or big power anytime soon, so I wouldn't mind ditching my 3.31s for 3.73s. No Jeff I don't want your 4.10s!

Have any of you guys arena difference when running the 2 cars against each other? I really haven't been able to find much on this. Will the cars run close or will one walk away?

there are a lot of different factors that come into play besides just final drive gear ratio.

the difference between the two is probably not that noticeable.

Even a couple hundred RPM over 3-4 gears could mean the difference.

I have been to the track with a 3:73 car that is non Brembo and no tune just a cold air/horrible driver. I do not hit the limiter and shift at 6,800-7,000. The non brembo cars with the 245/45 19 is a 27.7 inch tall tire which helps. The brembo guys have a 255/40 19 which is a 27 inch tall tire. That is part of the reason for the rev limiter issue. The 3:73 do get you in the band nicely.
