Carli. Mmmmmm

Does tat suspension come with warranty? See that's why the raptor is a big deal.

Raptors don't have Carli suspensions. Carli is an aftermarket company. Fox & SVT provide the Raptor factory suspension

Again, hes at a Hyndai dealer, they very likely dont have a gtr and if they did, unlikely hes buying one at 19. Yes my boss bought his 17 year old son one, but my boss isnt on here complaining about 2 to 3 grand difference on a trade in either.

You love to make arguements for the sake of it, so yes I left that one open for ya. Good job, I owe you a cookie.

I think you are confused about what the generally accepted definition of ricer is. Especially since I was speaking about GTRs and Supras.

Don't want a cookie but, I'll take an internetz.

Yeah real big deal that's why so many people upgrade their suspension on the Raptor, cause it was so good from the factory. Do a search sometime for bent frames and wheel hop.

The OE Raptor suspension is good for cruising some washboard roads, with a few small jumps, i.e. maybe a few inches off the ground. If you really want to use the truck as it was designed, ditch the factory suspension.

I really want to see what that Raptor that Tanner Faust drove for Top Gear looked like after he was done thrashing on it...

Was that one where he got pulled over for running the exhaust cut outs open in town?

Yeah. The Hennessey Raptor.

Funny, when I traded my 2013 V6 Premium Performance Package in on my current car, I was given a trade in value of $23K. That car had 13K miles on it too. My thing is I never go in to a dealer talking about a trade in. I fight them for a great price on the car I want, agree on that, then mention at the end that I have a trade in.

Buying a car IMO is easy. If you focus on dealer inventory, you can see how long a car has been sitting on the lot. Any new car, turn around should be less than a month. Any more time than that, dealers get desperate to sell that individual vehicle. In my case, I hated red cars, but a '13 Premium Brembo GT with Recaros and no other options (most people want all the goodies, not just the go fast ones) was on the lot for almost 2 months. I sat down with a salesmen, gave him the VIN, and told him I had a loan already approved and I know this car is a hard sell...give me your best price. Go into a dealer armed and you will get it more of your way.

Either armed with all the info OR if you don't know how the deal will go down at least be straight up and tell us what you're trying to do. As a car salesman it's infinitely frustrating to try and pull the info out of a customer where if they had just told me straight up what they wanted it would have been a faster and easier process..

I love the customers that say what they want, what they don't want and how much they want to spend (either overall or monthly). THOSE are the good customers...

YAll really think a truck from the factory would be designed to jump 10 ft jumps and such? The truck would be useless on regular hwy and gas mielage would suffer even more. I like the truck the way it is. Good road manners and the ability to do 99% of the stuff most people like to do.

I agree. If a 1500 whp supra is a ricer then the mustang is the gay.

The frames weren't being bent by 10 ft jumps, G-ing out and bump stop placement were the cause. Bet I could bend the frame on a 2010-12 model going 30mph, Ford quietly added frame reinforcement 2013+. Funny thing is I upgraded my suspension and gas mileage wasn't affected and it actually rode better on the hwy.

Did you raise it any? Going 30 mph over what kind of terrain?
