It would prolly take boost to make them fast lol

You're probably right, however, I'm glad there are serious muscle cars out from all of the "big three". I love the look of them all and the fact that they make 400+!

I have driven heavily modified ones, they are pretty much sound and show, very hard for them to compete against camaros and mustangs, my 02 ss can outrun the srt8s easily and its stock

I saw a video of one running 10.1's. I'll see if I can find it again.

The older ones with 6.1 hemi's were respectable at the time but behind now. High 12 low 13 sec cars. The new 6.4 will run with and possibly take down a stock 5.0 wheither anyone will admit it or not. Have a friend in Louisanna that ran a 12.4@112-113 in a bone stock 6.4 charger.

But don't have to worry much about them being modded tuning sucks on those cars and is non existent on some. Which is the biggest reason that I have a 5.0 mustang instead. Been there done that tuning and data logging on this car was so easy its nice when everything works like it should.

Strongnuff (Andre) is a member here and has a Challenger with a 6.4. Maybe we can talk him into a race. :D

I had a guy in Allen the other night on the way home from work hit me up on Hwy 5. Dodge Hemi short bed single cab truck. I busted has ass twice in a row and he just kept on wanting to run... I finally pulled over like I was going to turn since he wouldn't stop! LOL!

350z on the highway - I won
C6 Grand Sport on the highway - He raped me

And I had a GTR do a ricer fly by on me lol

For some reason, I suddenly feel much more confident in these challenges.

That's no joke! LOL! I had a run in with what looked to be a built Talon TSi on the way in today. He wanted the whole deal, 3 honks and go, which we did. Nothing like smoking the tires at 50 on the freeway and watching the guy you're racing freak the hell out! Which was good, since I was busy not hitting the guardrail.
