Who is Whiteside Customs and what do we do?
I get this question a lot. It's kind of a complicated answer to tell you the truth. We don't fit the speed shop mold. We don't fit the west coast customs model of custom cars. So what are we....?
The answer comes from my own desire to have a shop I could trust with my own car that has the creative ability and skillset to turn a stock car into a complete build. This means everything from the motor, chassis, suspension, wheels/tires/ interior and paint. I wanted someone who could take my vision of the complete build and advise me where to spend money to get to the end goal without having to go to 5 different shops. What I wanted I could never find. So I started doing my own work 12 years ago. Eventually I went to school to learn my trade and 3 years ago opened up whiteside customs with this same vision. Here's a look at some of our builds over the years. http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...s/IMG_0924.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC00905.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...stoms/GTO1.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC01013.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC_1564.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...DSC_0072-1.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...s/DSC_0539.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...stang2copy.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5ed87df4.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...stangfinal.jpg http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/...ps38c63ec8.jpg This is just a small sampling of some of our larger builds. |

You're telling me! If you see that car in person please feel free to give him shit about the stance! His name is bob and he is old. :rage: |
What kind of paint work do you guys do. I have a fox convertible that I need some holes filled on the trunk and repainted. Is that anything you guys would be interested in.
|
I was about to ask the same thing. Thinking about someone taking the 5.0's off, filling the holes and painting.
|
you guys did a solid job on my steeda wing!!

My hands still hurt from buffing out that dang car last night haha. One of the sexiest blue's I have ever seen. GM should have that color on Camaros.... just saying.
|
Could you pm me a ballpark on what you think it would cost to match the paint on my fox and paint the trunk. I think there are 6 small holes that need to be filled, maybe a seventh were the break light wires went through. I will not hold you to this price. I'm just not able to drive the car right now to be able to bring it to you to look at. The car is a red convertible.

That is beautiful though! I need to have my car fully detailed... |

Ooooo. How much? Might just have to have that done when I drop off the car to get the tail lights and trunk panel flattened like Merlin's car

It really depends on how much paint correction we have to do. Assuming basically a new car we could do a full detail for 150. |
Well mine isn't that anymore. :(
I've already noticed a good amount of swirling. Next time I'm in thee area, I can swing by and y'all can look at it of you'd like. |
