Visiting with Doug Mangrum
 

Had the opportunity to have lunch with Doug today. Holy crap guy knows his mustangs. Multiple feature cars in mustangs monthly, sponsored by Dallas mustangs, first in the 6's and 7's and a host of others. Tryna get him to show me some tricks and spread the knowledge he has accumulated. Hell maybe I can get him to introduce me to some peeps!! Lol

He is a legend in the drag racing community. Very nice guy too

Very nice. We were talking about when he switched from nitrous and how it affected his times. He really likes the new 5.0 but he's out the game except for his turbocharged mule he has? Lol
