Saw on the Camaro forum a few of them are heading out for a track day, my brother and I and a few others are heading out to play.

I went to the Motorplex two weeks ago and ran .3 and 2mph off my best eighth mile. Not sure I want to go with it even hotter, as these cars seem to be very sensitive to temp/DA.

what was you 1/4 mile time danny?

Wow, that's a big difference.

Forgot to mention I went on a 'Fast Friday' and since there were only 10-12 cars there, they didn't prep the track at all and shut down at 10:30 instead of midnight.

Looks like DA was 2400 on this run. Previous bests are 7.98 and 89.25, on different passes.

The slip is so faint that you can barely read it, so I darkened up my times. SLOW :(

I ran a best 12.80 and a best MPH of 112.45. My car has a GT500 axleback and 3:31 gears.

That looks pretty fast to me! Im use to slow though....well, unless you count my 04 and 06 ZX10's (no longer have).

Man, this is going to be a good time. Let's go beat up on some cars that think they are fast. I am stock so nothing to prove for me.

It was damn hot! lol

It affected my times pretty good, however...I learned how launch my car a little better, got my best 60' ever...2.06 and still went 12.92 but my MPH was way off......106 to 109. Lot of cars out there. My buddy's Viper went low 11's at over 124mph.

I will be waiting for cooler weather for sure, and will try to score a set of Drag Radials before then as well.
