Review: hid guy headlights
 

Got tired of trying to diy it so I ordered a set, Got them in this past monday and they look great. Do a test of them before taking apart the bumper. Bottom half of passenger side ironman mod is out. Doesn't work on any of the colors in the remote.

Send them an email same day.
Sent another email and called tuesday.
Called wednesday.
Sent email friday.
Called today.

Phone number is busy/ disconnects or has an automated voicemail system. No responses to emails. Going to do a credit card chargeback tommorow since this is ridiculous.

So it's been right around a week since you first tried to contact him? I'd say give it a bit longer, sounds like a one man operation and people do take vacations.

This is why I use Amex for all online transactions.

I hope they are just busy or on vacation.

Got 1 email back saying that they would look into it and would like me to ship the headlights back at my expense. Emailed them back how about I send some pictures and you send me a shipping label. We will see.

I don't think I've ever heard much about hidguy.

member on here used them and they are in the top 5 of google searches. Capital one is taking care of it already credited back money to my account.
