I didnt see any Camaro's getting killed last night:doh2:
I raced one 5.0 and I think he was about the 60 ft mark when I crossed.
Good meeting OG and a couple of other guys. Looking forward to meeting up with you guys again!

The only Camaro killing I saw was done by a CTSV and a Cobra Jet that would not post numbers.

Did not see any Mustangs run under an 8 last night... But there were like 2 5.0's and both needed How did you say it Dale " Driver Modifications" HAHA I like that !

Yeah, driver mod can be a killer.

There was a new SS that showed up late running 9.2's.

Sure it was an SS ... I saw a new Camaro roll I was leaving at about 9:45. There was also 2 other Black 5th gens that were 6's as well..

Also the 2010_RS_SS his name is Tom and for the record his car is BONE STOCK I promise, so I wanted to set that straight as well. To be honest I think he even still has stock exhaust I could be wrong, but I know for sure he does not have $4500.00 heads !

Scott-

My bad i was referring to this guy.

white 2ss/rs
I have dyslexia, everyone's name on that site is so similar.

Positive, because I know the guy who was racing it. First time ever driving it and with anything that actually has power. LOL
A friend that was with us invited her friend. She owned the SS, but let my buddy who was there in his black Speed 6 race it.

Nice. The only 5th gen Camaros I've seen going 6s had about a hundred grand wrapped up in them... lol. I have yet to see a mildly modified SS get into the 7s. Maybe they do that, but I just haven't seen it.

Bryan's car didnt have 100k into it. it might now after it caught fire, but not when it was fairly bolt ons with juice. His is the exception though, that car was a freak imo. Most of them are turd buckets.

What do you consider mild? I have about 15K in mods, the largest being the LS3 conversion with the TVS2300 and I am running about 7.2 or there abouts in the 1/8th.

46Tbird 05-01-2013 06:05 PM

IMO, Mild = a stock engine with intake / tune / exhaust.

I still haven't seen one go 7s like that yet. Maybe you have? I assume you would know better than us. :head3:

One guy with us at Rice killers last time just had a cam, tune and headers and I know he has run a 7.8 before but that is the
only one I have seen.
