Clicking Noise Inside Dash Upon Startup

This just started happening, seems as though it started happening around the sometime I accidentally hard coded some settings into the "my key" function (doubt it has anything to do with it, just coincidence)

Any who, I get this clicking noise when I first start the car, about 5-6 clicks from what sounds like something inside the dash then it goes away. No idea what this is. Anybody have ideas? I'll try to get it on video. Seems to do it on cold starts more often than warm starts.

Ac on or off? Could be the actuators that direct airflow. I had a similar situation in my silverado where they would hang up sometimes.

Gotta be an AC actuator...

Most devinitely a blend door! Heard that plenty of times before. They go through a sequence on start up to verify movement. Check underneath the dash then pull the radio to figure out which one it is. Hope you don't have to pull the entire dash out

Ya i'm just going to tack it on the list of items I am going to have checked at the dealership.

Although I don't quite understand why you would ask what it is if you have no intention of fixing it... Guess I should just keep my experience to myself and let everyone just guess at their shit...

+1 on the blend door. I had mine fixed by the dealer last October.

Maybe so I can have information regarding what my problem is so I can explain it to the dealer? I do have intension of fixing it through the dealer as I'm still covered under warranty.
