TSB for axel vent

Has anybody had this done? I need to have it done but I'm not sure this dealership in town will give me any headache about my warranty since I have longtubes and a tune. I may just take the chance and bring the car up there but wanted to see if the tsb actually worked or if I just needed to get a overflow reservoir.

Got mine done no problem

Got mine done. Still leaks story of my life. My blue 12 ended up with a turkey baster. Which still leaked and hit my exhaust under bumps. My 14 has tsb done and still leaks.

What TSB is this?

I need to get this done... and the quarter panel buzzing noise.

Tsb is the axle vent leaking on rear end tube. Sometimes its minor other times it will puddle under your car

The TSB calls for."if built up around the vent tube spray and clean off return vehicle to customer. If leaking pill plug and remove 5mm of rear diff fluid replug, spray off and clean return vehicle to customer." rebelracer all they did to yours was clean it lol. --- over all its a very easy fix

So going in for the tsb isn't worth it? Should I just look into one of the reservoirs out there?

Best way to fix this is to get a gt500 rear diff cover where it vents at the top of cover. Down fall is covet cost 150

I just run 2qts. Seems to quell most of it but never really had an issue on my 2011 or 2012. I'll check my wife's 2013 and see how it looks.

I should check mine, but never noticed any leaking.

My axle has a nice coating on it. I need to do something and get it all cleaned up.
