Thanks for the smart-ass reply, the CEL was exceedingly intermittent, leading me to believe it was caused by something external to the car and not a constant issue with something on the car itself....

See that's kinda what I figured, that's most likely why the whole range of motion is labeled as 'normal'. Lol.
