Changing anything that is not a consumable is no longer stock. So that means fuel, oil, cabin air filters, light bulbs aren't covered.

Stock is the factory parts and configuration of the vehicle as it left the factory, but doesn't include fuel, oil, coolant, etc since those are replenishable....

Stock = Factory. If the tune isn't the same tune it left the factory assembly line with, it's not stock, regardless if everything else is untouched.
