Iv been pulled over twice. once on post but the MP was a buddy of my buddy who is a MP so he let me go no issues. the other time was a CHP and he is the one who told me this stuff and gave me a warning for no inspection. If your car is registered in like lets say florida they wont mess with you since florida doesnt do emissions. but cali law is that you still have to comply with their emissions. its a little loop hole. most of SD that iv seen wasnt much to talk about but i didnt see it all. coronado island or how ever you spell it is pretty cool.

I am going to use my buddys address in Ok to keep the car registered there. there is no inspection there so I should be good to go.
