Would check prices at both Tasca and Tousley/White Bear lake. I think Tousley is the largest Ford Racing parts dealer in the country.

Well Tasca and Tousley are the same price on the throttle body at $610.50 according to their websites and only Tousley has the manifold listed on the web, $713.90.

They're cheaper than that. Why don't you hit up Yagermiester. He has one used for sale.

Tasca quoted me about $650 for the intake with the SVTP forum discount. Call them up and ask for Steve.

Sort of off topic but, does anyone know if the manifolds still look like garbage? I read over on SVTP (with pics) of the manifolds being really poor quality.

Not poor quality. This is a cast mold intake, so there will naturally be rough edges, which is what people are talking about. Just take a dremel and spend a few minutes to smooth everything down.

And that crowd is a lot of talk, with poor results. Same ones that carry on about needing all kinds of cam timing changes for every little thing, they all think they need a 5" tube, and all think they need a ton of gear in their cars. My manifold is untouched, I haven't changed the cam timing since June 2010. I don't think one of that crowd over there has run 10.anything yet.

I was just referring to a few particular pictures a member there posted of the part he received. Not track times. The intake runners had stress cracks all inside the inside and had to be filled in order to be smooth. Other members saw similar structural issues with theirs as well, so that's all I was referring to. For the price of the part, I don't believe the craftsmanship should look shoddy.

Yeah if you really want to get them riled up say something less than positive about a GTR, for a Ford site they sure do like them some GTR.

So what do you you have done to your car that its runs a 10.5 quarter? On the bottle?
