Default Crazy Rattle in Right Rear! Help!

Hey guys, I've been battling a horrible rattle in the right rear corner of the mustang for several months. I've put my hand on damn near every bolt underneath this thing trying to find it. I've had NTB and Goodyear put it on a lift and try to find it. I'm at a total loss. I need to know who I could take it to that can DEFINITELY figure out what it is. The car has the following mods:

Lowered on Sportlines
Koni Yellows at full soft
Stallion adjustable panhard bar with poly ends
Stock upper and lower control arms

I've jacked the car up and turned the wheel and don't hear anything.
I've had someone drive the car while I went head first into my trunk trying to find it. Don't believe it's coming from inside the car. Sounds like the right side, above the wheel...closer I get to the bumper the louder it is.
It's not the exhaust rattling, or a muffler bracket.
It's most noticeable over light bumps and is VERY easy to hear. It sounds like something is about to fall off the car! BUT I can't find anything loose.

I first noticed the sound on 3/25/13 which was after I had installed the panhard and the Koni's. I've taken the right rear Koni off and reinstalled it thinking I may have messed up something. I've reinstalled the springs several times. I've greased the panhard, but I haven't completely removed/reinstalled it yet. Might try that next. What I'm hearing sounds like something is crazy loose though... not just a creak or something.

WHO can I take this thing to who can definitely find it!??! At this point, I'm willing to even drop some reasonable coin just find out what the hell it is!

What axle back do you have? It could be something loose in the AB. I know you said you checked the bolts, so from pevious expierence, it might be that right axle back. Ive had a gt500 AB get a bad rattle, swapped it out to roush AB and the rattle is long gone(Currently running JBA AB's and still no rattle).

I've got a GT500 AB. I've removed it and shook it, but didn't notice anything.

I'm obviously a little cautious on taking it to just anyone since I'm sure it would be a blast driving a supercharged mustang all over town while the owner is at work! LOL!

I had something similar when I would go over big bumps. Installed Bmr LCAs and went away

I think that's for the fronts, isn't it? Something about the A-arm bushings I think.....

I think I got it figured out. It was the adjustable pan hard bar. It has poly bushings and locknuts on each end. They must have been loose. Every time I looked at it the suspension was unloaded so I couldn't duplicate the sound. Today I realized that if I rocked the car side to side with the suspension loaded, I could duplicate it. I took it to Goodyear in Allen since they had looked at it with me before. We put it on their alignment rack so we could keep the suspension loaded. Once we got it up, we just kept rocking it until we figured out what it was! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a week from now it'll still be quiet!

Just for clarification, we tightened the panhard connecting bolts first and that didn't make it stop. It was the lock nut on the passenger side. It was hard to get a wrench on and I think I erred by thinking I could tighten up the driver's side and it would push it tight on the other side. Since both sides are threaded, they both had to be tight. We dropped the bar, tightened the passenger side lock nut, put it back together and for good measure tightened the driver's side lock nut as well and it's quiet now. Even if the sound comes back, I'm happy that I at least know what it is now and how to fix it. I know I'm making a big deal out of this, but it's been rattling for MONTHS! I'm pretty relieved to have figured it out.

Doug, I just saw this. I was going to tell you it's your adjustable panhard rod.

The "caged" side (chassis/upper/passenger side) is really tough to tighten, and those adjustment nuts have to be T-I-G-H-T. I had to pull the phr down off the car, clench it in a vise, and bang the wrench with a hammer to get that adjustment nut to stop rattling.

Glad you figured it out.

I used heavy duty locktite on mine and have not had a issue since. This was after taking the PHB off 3 times to readjust and tighten.

Bringing this thread from the dead because I'm having a similar problem. It's happening when I shift. Clutch in I hear rattle and then rattle after I get back on the gas at low speeds. Could this be the same problem?
