College Football Playoffs - TCU or Baylor

If you guys could decide who would represent the Big 12 in the college football playoffs, who would it be? I like both teams but would prefer to see Baylor in the top four. I put a lot of stock in head to head, and think if they played again Baylor would win again. If Baylor beats number 9 Kansas State, along with the head to head against TCU, that should be enough to take the number 4 spot.

Oh and the co-champion that the Big 12 does is stupid, in my opinion. If you are telling me that a true champion plays everyone, then head to head matchup should be the true tie breaker, followed by strength of schedule. Thoughts?
