My name is Robert and this is my ride, Pokey - Probably the slowest S197 in the group.
Here it is after coming home from the dealership in January 2013. I bought this Black GT Premium with less than 1 mile on the odometer.

Just marvel at this stock virgin sitting up all high like a 4X4 truck.
My screen name is NAVAG. Not a good one, I know. I'm a proud Navy Veteran and an Aggie so I combined the two themes. Most people call me Robert or some variation of the name like Bobby, Rob, etc. Here is a pic of the Aircraft Carrier I served on in the early 90's

I have been a mustang enthusiast for most of my life. I am a fan of most pony cars with the exception of 73-79 but I like other fast cars too. It started when I was a little kid in the 80's and a cousin of mine came up for the holidays driving a 1970 fastback. After seeing that car I was hooked. While I was in the Navy I bought my first mustang, a Burgundy 1988 GT 5.0 5-speed. That car was the one that got away. Other mustangs have come and gone but I always regret selling that one...
Looked similar to this:

God, I miss that car
