for road racing, oh hell yeah it does, some of the most fun ive ever had.
for drag racing, its ok, but the springs are too stiff to get any good squating on launch. Depending on what your going for, they work great.

I really want to start getting into AutoX, but nothing too serious, just a few events here and there. I was going to go with the FRPP K springs until I really got to know my cars handling as compared to my F150, but after that I was going to look into coilovers, depending on what I can afford.

i talked to Vorshlag and they had the eibach setup like mine before switching to the eibach coil over system, they said it worked fine. and unless your super serious and know what to dial in for each event, you wont need an adjustable setup.
