PGB eastbound from about Waterview to about shiloh is Richardson. While DPS is the department that normally patrols the tollways it is still within the Richardson city limits. Westbound PGB is Plano.

Interesting, I always thought 190 was the boundary and it was all Plano jurisdiction. Regardless, thanks for the heads up.
