I think Muffler King will do them. I don't know what the rules are though...Some places will not delete cats unless you are pulling the car on a trailer because they are "track only" and it's illegal to modify your car to go catless for any other reason.
I did my own. It's a pain in the ass but not too bad with the right tools. I recommend a swivel socket and about 6 extensions. Plus soaking the bolts with PB Blaster overnight. I wound up cutting one of the studs with my dremel after the threads galled up. Those damn bolts are the reason that I invested in an air compressor and an impact wrench that can handle over 700 ft/lbs
