I don't think anyone is sticking up for the dealer really, but rather more concerned the dealer won't give a crap about passing along Zeek's ragged out Stang onto some other unknowing new owner thinking the dealer would actually check the car out before reselling it.

That's why I wont buy a used sports car. Like Jeff said on another post, I don't want someone's rape victim. It's hard enough getting them to fix issues under warranty, brand new.

No. 1st off if you buy a used car you should inspect it. If I were buy in that car and saw things wrong you'd be able to low ball em so bad you'd be getting a real good deal on the car. 2ed All it really needed was new tires and an alignment and maybe some touch up paint. Idk if they have fixed the little issues or not. I always didn't regular maintenance and didn't beat on the engine or drive train. I only did 1 burnout it in lol.
