My interest rate is through a local bank but its not bad at 4.9%. My payment is still only 440.

This is my first payment under my name too. Going through a Credit union helps a ton, plus I've had credit cards since high school to build credit. Had the score, just not the history.

Yea I had a 720 or something like that just not the history...I'v had a credit card since I was 18 so I guess that helped a little

Yup. After you get some payments made, then you can always refinance with a better history and drop a good chunk off. That's what I did (see a few posts above)

The thing is many of these #'s don't mean anything without knowing how much the person put down, trade in values, credit, options on the vehicle, etc.

'13 premium - $685/ mo and I was upside down in my truck before I traded in. I put $3k down just to get in it.
