Default fuel pump limits with using e85

ok here is the thing. we are running e 85 in our 2v mustang. Now it has a boost a pump and a walbro in-tank. On the dyno it looks to be running out of fuel. I know the with using e 85 it uses more fuel. This is on a 99 mustang. I'm wondering how are yall new 5.0 guys doing it and not running out of fuel? Are they a returnless system to on the new ones?
