I just wanna say, baked sweet potato fries are the bomb!

Slice up a sweet potato in fries shape. Put them into a bowl and lightly toss them in some EVOO, sea salt and pepper. For other flavors you can add cumin or cinnamon too. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes and enjoy an amazing healthy treat!!

going to try and squeeze in one more cardio day a week. I'm only doing it 4 days a week after lifting but I'm wanting to fit in one more day. Damn my schedule sucks right now.
