Default Best 18" tires for 9" wheels

I'm looking to buy some new tires all around for my car. I have 9" sve wheels, I'm wanting to get some tires that have decent life and will have good grip, on the street and the track. Not looking for drag radials, I run car on road course as well.
Thanks for the help.

I loved the Nitto NT05 I had on my mach and will prolly try those as soon as these crappy NT555s wear out.

How do they perform on the auto cross track? I just want something with decent reliability for the tread wear for highway and good grip. What size will be best on the car. I want a staggered look

I agree, avoid the NT555's. They were on my Cobra when I bought it and I didn't like them much.

Yea I like the look of the nt05 look like they would grip well. On my fox road race car I run Dunlop direzzas star specs they grip good and have good life. Any one know wear expectancy on the nittos

Jon Miller and Discount Tire's CarOne card with financing promotion period. Only reason I just purchased Michelin Super Sports for my car. Get to pay them off over the next year, and build credit.

I'm running Star specs on my RPF1s and they are holding up well. They just need some warning up before they really bite in the corners. I'll probably stick with them when it comes time for new tires.

I like the star specs on my fox. It make less power but grips very well. There the only tire I run in the series.
Where do you normally run your car and how the life on the tires
