Default Best way to remove badges?

Seems a few you have replaced factory badges with aftermarket ones.

Whats the best way to remove the factory side badges? I bought some normal GT badges to replace the girly 45th anniversary horseshoe badges but havent done it yet in fear of messing up the paint.

And i'm sure i can use the same method to remove my spoiler since ford decided to use some sort of super sticky - i'll rip the top of your trunk off if you try it - double sided tape.
