Default Fuel System

I'm getting ready to go big on my 2012 Kenne Bell Mustang. On E85, the fuel system really has to deliver, so in place of the stock system and KB 40A BAP, I pulled the trigger on a return fuel system. I ended up going with a kit packaged by Lethal Performance, but it's comprised of a CPE Triple Pump Hat, Walbro 465 E85 compatible pumps (2 for now), CPE Rails, a Division X stainless mesh filter, Aeromotive Regulator, and PTFE Lined SS braided fuel lines. It'll be -10 to the filter, then to the regulator, then -8 to each rail, then -6 return to the tank. They call this their 1400 HP kit, but on E85 it should be good for 900 or so at the wheels. I went ahead and got the hat for 3 pumps and the extra pump just in case for down the road. I've done some of the component assembly, and some of the wiring, but still need to clean it up a bit before starting the install. I should be able to get this installed sometime before it warms up too much. Thought you guys might want to check out their stuff.

Did you start running out of pump already? I forgot what numbers you were making on e85 and pump.

I assume this means built motor is on its way now?

The Lethal system is supposed to be awesome from what I hear. Can't wait to hear how it does with your expected power levels.

Looks good Doug.

I would have gone the Fore route myself. (Well I did actually. LOL)

Good luck!

I like the bosch 044 pumps over the Wallys. Sick setup though.

The car made around 600 on 93. I then converted to E85 and was gonna go down one pulley, but it started leaning out up top. I kept the same pulley on it and it went 9 mph faster, so I'm guessing it's around 670-680 on E85. The current fuel system is 80's and a KB BAP. I could probably get a little more out of it with a JMS BAP@ 21v, but figured I'd go ahead and upgrade once. I'm investigating engine options now.

I know. You've told me this no less than 4-5 times.

These were the biggest E85 compatible pump they offered. Not familiar with the Bosch specs.
