Default Rattling window buttons

It seems the rattles have shifted within the car. The rear view no longer rattles? and now......... Damn window buttons on the driver side make it sound like I've blown the speaker.. Besides insulation underneath them, any other ideas?

I found an extra screw in the door of my 2011, obviously dropped during assembly and the lineman was too lazy to retrieve.

Spend 15-minutes and pull the door panel, could be a very simple fix.
