Default RE-introducing myself

What up it's Blue Devil, I bought a 82 Gt Fox over the weekend. Got a great price on it. The car is pretty much factory stock aside from an 8.8 rear end, 5 speed transmission, aluminum driveshaft, and a driveshaft loop. I have big plans for the hatchback. Already have some parts waiting to go on in the garage. Need to create a build thread soon!

what I'd like it to look like body wise. Im keeping the Enkei wheels though.

I like it, all the way down to the hideously awesome wheels! What are the engine plans?

Very cool. Don't see them around in that condition much anymore and it will look great in the Saleen bodykit if you choose to go that route.

HOLY shit sickness...

Lose the louvers on the back window, keep those wheels and whitewall tires... rock some Hoosiers with the white walls out.

The 82 has the best spoiler, Id keep it as is body wise. The black Saleen replica looks cool, but they didnt make 82 Saleens, so it will look out of place imo. The stock GT front bumper and spoiler make that car... absolutely kick ass. Id keep the stock tail lights on it too if they are still in tact. Should be the old style Mercury looking ones, not the Cobra look alikes that came along in 83... Also, if it doesnt have it yet, dual exhaust is a must, it will totally wake up the car.

Congrats and best of luck with it. feel free to send me a pm if you have questions, I know a little about the old Fox Bodys.

Edit, and lower it so it looks like your sig... very nice!

Which ones? He needs to install them with no isolaters, will sit a good half inch lower and handle better.
