Only get a Raptor if you plan on actually using it for what it was built for. I'm not trying to be a dick by saying this, but don't be like the majority of the pricks that own Raptors only to drive them on the asphault.

If you get an Ecoboost, DON'T lift it. Any MPG you had before will be out the window, and you will never seen them again. If anything, lower the truck, which can be done on the newer 4x4s, keep the stock wheels and tires, and get some custom tunes for the motor.

DON'T get an SRT8 Cherokee. They look awesome, but like Nic said, many electrical problems.

If you want to do some research on the Raptor and Ecoboost F150, head over to www.f150online.com. I have been a member there for about 5 years, and there is a TON of info at your disposal. Ford actually monitors the forum, and it has been known for them to take constructive critism posted and make something from it.

I can muster 27mpg on my Challenger driving miss daisy. For me being 6'6", the room in the Challenger sold me.

I just sold my SRT-8 recently. I probably won't buy another Dodge product again. For the most part it was a good car, lots of power and fun to drive but it get horrible gas mileage. 9-10 city and 20mpg highway.

The reason I won't buy another SRT product is because Dodge dealerships are the absolute worst I've ever seen for customer service. SRT parts are NEVER in stock and cost about twice as much as everything else does. And if you take your car in for service, expect it get a lot of "test miles".

Caleb, if you want a badass ride and okay with spending 55k on a lame concrete cowboy truck, you should seriously consider looking at a used C6 Z06. You could get a baller Z06 for that price that would murder your Stang and it will rain poon on your head.
