Default Ground issue

Hey guys got a 99 trans am with a brand new battery, alternator, and starter and i have a full system. Have been having a problem with my battery dying out, even while i drive. Thought it was the system so i pulled the fuse. Still doing it. Im getting maybe 5 days at the most of charge before i have to go have it recharged and every time they tell me its a good battery just needed a charge. The previous owner told me that at some point the positive cable was rubbing on the belt and it cut through the insulation and through some wires. he trapped it up and never had a problem. Just trying to see if anyone has an idea of whats going on and if anyone could help me. Im not an electrical guy at all besides basic wiring. This car is my daily driver and i drive it to college classes everyday so i cant have it down for a long time. longest i can is the weekend
