It shares daily duty with my 3500 Cummins. My CTS-V was and will be a daily again once this new combo is done. Old setup went 9.7@143

Me either honestly. Thanks

Haha. Might put the supra together soon. But I've been having more fun with slow cars recently

The Cobra is at Brooks right now. Holley Dominator EFI, new Precision billet 7675 turbo, and he's going over a bunch of things and fixing issues the car has. Probably going to tune it to around 600hp on 93. Then figure out what I want to do from there.

Honestly, since I'm taking a break from street racing. Its harder to get motivated on cars, everybody is afraid to run at the track.

I like running at the track, I just don't like how much time it takes having to drive all the way out there, spend the money to hope for short lines and decent track conditions.

I thought Brooks closed up shop?

He did, he's just working on the car for me in his Garage. I fucking hate wiring, hate SBF's, etc... If I work on the car I'm going to ruin it.

Whats the difference in waiting in line at the track vs standing in a parking lot?

LOL. Yeah, well what can I say. I just don't have that time available anymore to dedicate every weekend to the track. Wish I did though cuz it is fun when it goes right. Two hours drive time, 4 or 5 hours at the track providing nothing goes wrong. I can't remember the last time I had 7 hours free to myself for something like that. It probably doesn't help much the car is so slow too. If it was faster I'd likely be more motivated to make it happen, but it's not so I don't. haha.

Hell, lately I can't even get myself to go to the Friday night meet half the time anymore. Ever since I changed my diet and working out seriously hard I'm so exhausted by 9pm I'm not motivated to go stand around in parking lot to talk about my slow turd.

Damn dude, sounds like you need a vacation! I'm leaving on the 21st for our annual track rental at MIR. Nothing like driving 1500 miles, running some 10's, (hopefully) not breaking anything, and then driving 1500 miles home. One of my favorite things to do.

A road trip like that sounds fun. I wish you the best of luck!

Thanks man! These road trips help take the edge off of real life, couldn't make it without them.
