Default The Official DFW5.0s Dyno Thread

Don't know how this hasn't already been started. I'll start.

_______________________________

Got the dyno runs this morning. weather was amazing. Around 65-68*, humidity probably around 70-75%.

First 2 runs we're done on the stock tune. Car has 4500 miles on it, 6M with 3.55 gears, and GT500 ABs. Stock runs were done back-to-back while the car was still warm, fresh off the drive there (50 miles). The run with the Diablosport was done after about 20 mins waiting for the tune to upload, so the car cooled down a bit. Only made one pull, but it was more than enough.

Below are the SAE corrected (1st graph) and STD corrected (2nd graph) showing the results.

Nice, here's my Truestreet run from awhile ago.
Tune, o/r H, C&L, 3:31 gears. I still have parts laying around I need to throw on it. (Longtubes and Boss 302 mani.)

You too, Clint! Sorry I couldn't talk more. Had to go get an alignment and new tire put on by noon. Lol

I'll definitely be back in the future, and will recommend y'all to anyone looking for a shop.

Looking forward to the Oct. Dyno Day!

Same muffler, different tips.

I'm really thinking about swapping the stock mufflers back on strictly for the Dyno Day to get a true baseline. Might just swap them between runs if I can.

That's crazy you blew up a stock car. Did you figure out what caused it?

This is my pull back in July.

3.75" upper, stock lower, 19lbs boost, 112* in the shop

Going Saturday with the 3.5" upper and cooler temps, hoping for more.

Was that SAE corrected? What gears were you running again?
