Default Another newbie...

Hey everybody. I just got a 2013 GT on 12/28/12. It is a 6 speed manual Premium coupe with the following upgrades/ packages: 3.55 limited slip, comfort package( heated seats, heated mirrors, and pony projection), and the GT coupe accessory package 5 (1/4 window louvers, side scoops, and pedestal rear spoiler). It feels great being back in a Mustang!

We are no stranger to the Mustang obsession. My other ride is a 1965 Mustang coupe. It has a modified 289 with a g-force t5. It has run a best of 11.82@115 in the 1/4. Some past Mustangs of my include a 1991 LX hatch, 1993 GT, and a 1998 GT. My wife has had a 2001 GT and a 2009 GT/CS.

Some other hobbies we enjoy are ATV trail riding and cross country ATV racing.

Here are some pics of the new 5.0. These were just what the dealership had on their website. The weather has been crappy so I have not had a chance to take my own. I have already had the windows tinted.

Here are some of my other toy.

Welcome. Nice 13 gt, looks good in silver, not a fan of the 1/4 louver or the side scoops though. The '65 is very sexy, if you are bored with her you can give her to me.... just saying

Welcome, where do you ride, we've got a decent size group that goes to Lake Murray and Muenster to ride on occasion.

Mainly RRMT in Muenster. Check out www.dfwdirtriders.com there is always someone going riding somewhere.

Yeah I've seen it, don't get on much but if you haven't been to Lake Murray you should try it, about the same distance as Muenster and in my opinion, a little better riding.

Weve been once. I like RRMT better because the variety and the amount of challenging trails. Lake murray is great for family rides at a slower pace and camping. What do you ride?
