Default pollen on car won't come off

On lower portion of the side skirt washed it and clay barred it...no bueno.
I think it pollen looks like I ran over some flowers and the tire kicked it up.

What should I try next?

If you have time swing by your local paint and body shop. I have found that they always have and are even sometimes willing to give a sample and demonstration on proper technique for use of the product of their choice. My wife had a long ugly scuff on the side of her vehicle and I took it to a random shop, Wisdom paint and body in Mesquite, and the guy hooked me up for zero dollars. Just a suggestion for those stubborn wash issues.

Might need to resort to something a bit more aggressive like a polishing compound.

That looks lik a scuff. May have to try and med/hard compound then if all else fails 3000 grit sandpaper, compund, polish, wax.
