The tube itself? Next to nothing actually. 95% of the power comes from the tune.

I went right back to my old Vette killing ways as soon as the blower was off. Had a yellow C6 want to play literally less than 5 minutes after starting her up for the first time sans blower. Left him in the dust. Car is still fun to drive!

I've never lost to a C6. You must have a slow 5.0.

Actually I have a C6 and would walk just about all the 5.0s on this board.

I know of several that would show you nothing but tail lights. Try Darkpony if you want. His car is now what my car was. As soon as they finish the tuning he can show what a fast car really is.

And if that doesn't work, I can try to accommodate you in the '72. It's just a slow old carb'd car.

Downtime is in the mood to run.....

I ran a c6 and put the hurt on him. You make in the 500's zeek. That is not beast mode.

No its not beast mode. But it will give most blower 5.0s a good run.

LOL, absolutely. A Mustang needs about 150rw more than whatever the Vette is to overcome the weight, aero and gearing differences. A 500rw Vette will eat a blown 600rw Stang's lunch.

Not in the qtr. I see stock shelbys taking down modded Zo's. By this logic you would need 500 whp to play with stock vettes..

LOL! Really? I guess I need to give several people their money back then. Damn near paid for all the mods done to mine from Believers in The Plastic Fantastic.

Exactly... I had a similar setup to zeek, and i smoked 2 5.0s with bolt ons and 150 shots... I was on my nitrous tune with the bottle off making around 475 rw. my car on the bottle was nasty (trapped 143+)..

People that havent raced a well setup vette, just dont know. Zeek's c6 will prison rape that dart from a roll, and that darkside pony when on the jug.
