WTS MTM lance and 2700PSI washer

I am about to move into a smaller apartment with less room and need to lighten the cargo some. I am selling my Briggs and Stratton 2700PSI pressure washer, had it for less than a year. one wheel doesn't have the tread but everything works 100%. I will also include an MTM foam Lance with this, perfect for washing cars! Would like 250 for everything the washer lists for 300 at Lowes and the Lance is 75. PM me for more information or pics. No, it requires the pressure washer. The pressure washer only requires a normal water hose. I have the adapter for the lance to my pressure washer.
