Default Good exhaust?

Hey everyone, looking for opinions on this exhaust setup. I definitely want something that sounds a bit better/louder/start of the modding bug etc, and this seems like a good price:

Hard to gauge what exhaust will sound like through you tube clips and what not, but I'm not looking for the loudest ever, just something that's more "too loud" than "wish I went bigger".

Just so you know, on the exhausts that are listed for 11-14 and have fixed tips, usually stick out pretty far on the 13-14.

I've got a set of Kooks axle backs for sale if you're interested in those. They sound great, great with no drone!

I've got Bassani exhaust and their high flow cat x-pipe. After the tune the cats are blown out so the exhaust is pretty damn loud. I get tons of compliments on the sound. It does drone and your car being an auto might make the drone worse.

My dad had the Roush axle backs on an auto 5.0, and it sounded amazing with absolutely no drone.

I have Borla Touring for 11-12 on my 2013 and the 4 1/2" tips don't stick out too far. Almost flush with the farthest point in rear but not quite. Looks good.

The three I've had:

Pypes Pype Bomb - Drone is so bad I wanted to drive off a bridge. My ears are still ringing.

Boss 302 H-Pipe with Stock Axleback - Sounded great. Probably should have kept this one. But ditched it when I decided to go catless.

Borla Touring - Sounds the best to me with out cats. Not too overpowering, zero drone on the highway, screams at wide open throttle. My favorite. Still sounds good with the cats back on.

Magnaflow Competition Axle-back. You won't be sorry. Easy install and sound great. Had them on my '13 GT Premium. I've got a set of full cat-backs ordered for the new S550.

How's the Magnaflow Competition Axle-back working for you? Is it better than the Street Axle-back? Some say that the street has deep and muscular sounding when on the gas.

I have a used set of the Magnaflow competition axle back for sale if you're interested. They are in great condition no dents or scratches.

This is one of the best choices, IMHO - curious as to what you didn't like about them. I had them on my '13 GT and loved them. Fit, finish, quality and sound were outstanding, I thought.

I had no problem with the quality, and they did sound great. This is my daily driver and they wo drone around 2000rpm. I also bought an o/r x pipe and didn't want it to be crazy loud. I ended up with Borla S-type's.

You guys are killing me with the choices, but good info for sure!

The Roush kit is also a strong contender I've been eyeing. I was initially held off because it was "just an axle back" but looking closer that doesn't seem to be too much difference. Would be a good start regardless.

The Magnaflow wasn't bad either, but from what I've heard so far I think I like the sound of the Roush better.

Shiftybusiness, I guess you sold your used Roush set? I'll definitely think about your magnaflow set too.

Also the links added from Viglink are killing me with their randomness.

The Roush axle back sound good with zero drone but not the quality like Magnaflow or Borla. Yes I sold it already.

I went with LT Headers and a catted X pipe, ditched the stock resonators and put some 18" Dynomax bullets in their place, then stuck some GT500's out back.
Plenty of loud when I want it but quiet enough when I don't. No drone at freeway speed.
The Bullets got rid of the X pipe rasp people complain about.
