Yes, I've been meaning to post this up for the club. Surround Sound in Richardson gives DFW50's a 15% discount on everything for members only on everything - tint, audio, tires/wheels etc. They recently re-tinted my wife's Mach stripping the old tint off including the back window with the defroster and it's perfect! Give them a try and be sure to mention you are a member here for your discount!

One of my buddies runs his own mobile tinting company too. Best in the business and will do anything you wish to have done. PM me if you need his info.

When I called he said the price for the mustang is normally $150 with a lifetime guarantee. He said it's 15% off that (so like $126) but since the mustang is so easy to do (his words, his offer) he'd do it for $100 plus tax.

I've always gone to Pro Tint in Plano. Like for 10 years. Always do a good job, not too pricey.

How much did this run you if you don't mind me asking? Previous owner on my car double tinted and its really too dark for me. Especially at night. Anyway I wanted to do the same thing and get the old stripped off and new put on.

I used to work in the window tinting industry and I can tell ya first hand removal can be a pain and defiantly the most complicated part of window tinting. Most places will charge extra for sure.

Yes it is a pita. I've done it a couple of times. I think I'd rather pay to have it done if its not too $$$.
