Default Biggest gain for under 700?

I have a 2012 manual gt all stock with brembo package what's the biggest bang for under 700 I have a tuner no tunes yet though

Tune and offroad xpipe should put you to 400rwhpish depending if your auto or stick.

In all seriousness though, I've seen a couple used kits come up for $500 or less. He can get a nitrous tune for relatively cheap since he has the tuner already. Now the street tire thing might be a little sketchy!

Is there that much of a difference between off road and catted when it comes to rwhp or is it just 2-3 rwhp?

I'd say somthing around 5-7 rwhp. With the offroad you get the wonderful gas smell. I really like it in all seriousness.
