I own an auto shop in Keller area(north Fort Worth). I can't remember exactly what I pay for oil change on the 5.0 but when I do it I usually buy a case(12qrts) and filter. I think it's like 7 dollars a quart. It's the signature series 15k miles oil with 25k mile filter. Let me know if interested
