Default Help Data Logging

Admittedly I am not a person who learns well by reading the instructions. I do much better if I am shown what to do. See it done one time and I'm set. Read the directions 100 times, still not convinced I have it right.

On that note. Would anyone be willing to help me data log my car on a weekend day? I'll buy lunch.

Where are you located at? I'm sure some could do so.

Yeah, there are plenty of guys close to you. Might want to lost what tuner and software too, just FYI.

I've tried data logging with my XCal before on my F150, but I never got it to work. Haha

I'm hoping someone will ride shotgun and run the laptop whilst showing me how to do it.

I don't need to read it. Just email them to Shaun at AED.

Get with Dale, Blue Devil 5.0. He is tuned by Shaun, so he will know exactly what to do. Haha

If you have an SCT you don't need a laptop in the car. The tuner should have a data cable that you use after you record the data. The SCT will do all of the recording and storage while it is connected to the OBD port. Once you hook it up to a computer you download the livelink genII software from SCT's website which will let you download the data and save it to a file.

I'll buy you a burger at Twisted Root for your help. How does the 26th sound?

I've done quite a bit of datalogging as I've had multiple tunes (93 oct and E85) by Shaun as well. I'm in Carrollton - just around the corner. I'll help if you want to do it sooner than the 26th.
