Are These Goals Realistic?

Now of course not, looking to build up the performance now with the car but just pondering. Is it possible to build my car to be a mid to high 11second 1/4 naturally aspirated and still have some decent liveability with regards to it being a street car on 93 octane? I saw that a stage 3 cam car makes just over 500 to the wheels, which is the same as a stock ZR1 dynos so that is like a 50% increase in power without a blower. Pretty damn respectable I my book. But I assume that is really pushing the limits of it being something you can enjoy for a commuter car. Thanks for any input guys, hope everyone is having a good weekend.
