First thing I do to any new Stang, still do not understand why they are equipped from the factory with these.

Took a few pics of the Trufiber coil covers and the brembos today. Enjoy. You can also barely see the hood strut and no prop rod in the first pic as well.

Thanks. I think they'll look good when there's a big black S/C sitting on top! They're expensive, but I caught them on sale which helped a little.

I think I'm gonna try and get the Brembo's on this weekend. Just gotta be careful while bleeding them... don't wanna mess up the paint!

Getting everything lined up for the supercharger install at the end of the month. I got my KB 40A BAP and 80# injectors in the mail yesterday. 2 pulleys and a pulley tool are on the way from KB. A few more odds and ends are on the way (3.5Bar MAP for the Aeroforce) and a vent bezel for it. I need to grab some plugs and that should be most of it.
I got the BAP installed today. From what I've read, the way the returnless setups work is the pressure won't spike with the installation of the BAP like they will on a return system, so I went ahead and installed everything. I'm getting 17.32V at idle, so I guess it's working.
I also picked up some Autozone Duralast CMax Gold pads for the Brembos. They're ceramic and are supposed to be quieter and MUCH cleaner. They're also only $50! I did pick up a LOT of black dust this week which immediately convinced me to try something else. I'll let y'all know how they do.

there's a nice video on youtube comparing the KB 40a bap and a JMS bap...its on an older mustang but the video does show the KB bap losing voltage toward the end.

ride looks good and those shiny gold brembos are pretty badass. looking forward to seeing the completed pics and even more in person. will it be ready for the TS dyno day?

Yes. It's scheduled to be tuned the Monday before the TS dyno day. I probably won't dyno it, but will come out in support and to socialize. The KB BAP in my opinion is the original and a very dependable item. There are others out there now, but I think they're pretty much all the same.

haha, brain fart...you're putting on a KB charger so why not match it up with a KB bap

looking forward to meeting you up there and seeing what my car will put down!!

I decided to have the inlet manifold on the KB polished, so I'm gonna have a shop in Mesquite do it. Should have it back sometime late this week or early next week.

I got the 2 extra pulleys I ordered and the pulley removal tool from KB yesterday. The aeroforce MAP sensor and Roush vent gauge pod came in today. I haven't hooked up the map sensor yet, but I had to rush out there and install the pod and aeroforce though! I dig it. I'll probably wait on the map sensor until I hook up the KB so I can make sure I'm tapping the right line for accurate boost readings. I like the vent pod, as I didn't want a bunch of unsightly gauges hanging off the a-pillar. I'll post up some pics this weekend, as if no one knows what they look like! ha!
