Default Fender Badges

I have searched and different places give different answers.....do the "5.0" badges on the 13' fenders have the alignment studs or no? Seems like the answer is yes but I am not able to confirm and I really don't want to pull one and find out if someone else already has.

I know the CS cars do not have them and it would not make sense to me to have two different fenders but what do I know.

The stock ones do yes. Some aftermarket ones are simply 3M tape.

I was afraid of that, I really don't want to go the body shop route but it's looking that way.

Am I wrong thinking the CS cars have the same fenders?

What are you trying to do? If you pull them there will be a hole in the fender. Are you trying to remove them completely?

Ah well I guess you can always lay something over it like a vinyl or something.

2011-2012 California Special GTs did not have 5.0 emblems. 2013-2014 California Special GTs DO have 5.0 emblems.

I don't know if the GT/CS graphics covered up the holes in the fenders or not, because even V6 Mustangs had emblems there, and it would not be cost productive to make holeless fenders for just a certain trim package.

You may be able to find out if there is another part # for the 2011-2012 fenders. A Ford parts rep at Tasca Ford may be able to tell you if holes are there in all fenders or not.

All 2013-14 GT and GT/CS Mustangs have alignment holes. All the V6 Mustangs & GT500s we have seen do not have the alignment holes.

Ford makes different fenders. Most v6 and the boss do not have the holes in them, the others do

I have discussed with my pals at the body shop and they are going to take care of both removing them and filling the holes as well as fixing the holes in the bumper the dealership was nice enough to add when they mounted the front plate. Will get some progress pics soon.

Do you mind if I ask how much for filling the bumper holes?

He quoted it as a "package" type deal. I can ask what it will cost for just those.

Would like to have this done as well, maybe we can get enough people together for a volume discount.

I would be interested in getting bumper holes fixed as well depending on price.
