Oh okay so just a few pounds difference than a 5.0. Is the gearing in a Cobra the similar to our cars?

No your transmission have ridiculous gearing in them. Your 5th gear is what a terminators 4th gear is. That is part of the reason the new coyote is so fast from the factory. I will pull it up and post it so you can see the difference.

yes sir, they are heavy... IRS is about +100-120 lbs of it, the block is a tad heavier, the blower, intercooler, etc etc... It was a heavy pig imo, but the car felt smaller and handled it's weight well... It was a fun car, I just hated the gd engine in it. Too wimpy and delicate (dont shift to fifth it could blow up, dont get it hot, pull timing after half a pull at the track) bullshit this and bullshit that... my Windsor let me kick it in the nuts every time I drove it and it got faster every month... not the same can be said with the delicate 4.slow motor... lol Miss the car, wish I had money to keep it and put a 440 inch F1 powered powerplant in it... that woulda been nice.
